If you're a fan of Barbie, you likely have or had a collection of these toys - I know I did. I spent many happy hours playing with Barbie, Ken and Skipper and the many accessories which included the 3 Story Barbie Dream House. Back in my day, the house was a multitude of colors with the most dominant color being spellbinding pink. It was 3 floors and included an elevator that worked with a pulley and crank mechanism. The updated version is for real not all that different. It's got more pink than the customary and includes more detail such as lights and sound on every floor as well as varied furniture pieces.
This toy makes playing with Barbie so much more fun. With all the separate gadgets along with a flat screen television and fireplace, your child and her friends can spend many hours role playing and using their imagination. It's furnished with a sofa, bed and a hot tub, table and chairs as well as a fridge, dishwasher and stove. The bathroom has a shower stall where you can hear Barbie humming a tune when enters the shower. The toilet even makes a flushing sound. Other sounds comprise the doorbell and a crackling fireplace.

For some people, the one downside to owning this toy is the assembly. And, it does need to be assembled by an adult. You need to be sure to read the instructions thought about because there are many minute pieces and without following the instructions, you could wind up frustrated. Unfortunately, I tend to be one of those habitancy that can't be bothered reading instructions reasoning I can logically shape it out on my own. Sadly, that's sometimes not the case and I wind up frustrated and the project takes me longer to faultless in the long run. Part of the assembly includes installing batteries so that the lights and fireplace work and batteries are not included with the toy so that if you are considering purchasing the 3 Story Barbie Dream House for your child for Christmas or a Birthday, make sure you have "Aa" batteries on hand.
Reviews for the updated version stock are ordinarily very good. A lot of consumers have said that their minute girl has been playing with it non-stop since receiving it as a gift. It is a minute pricey but totally worth it for the hours of enjoyment your child, grandchild or niece will get from it. If she's into Barbie already, this will fit with her collection very nicely.
